While Advanced Redi-Mix is a new and independent company, the people behind it are not new to concrete. The founders come from a family that has been in the concrete business for over 50 years through our sister company, Carman Concrete, which has served the region since 1974. Growing up in the industry and working hands-on in the field gave them a deep understanding of what contractors actually need: consistent mixes, dependable delivery, and a supplier who does what they say they’re going to do.

Advanced Redi-Mix was created to bring that experience into a modern, dedicated ready-mix operation. The company is led by the founding brothers alongside a long-time team member who is now both a partner and the day-to-day manager. This leadership structure keeps decision-making practical, fast, and focused on what matters most—quality, reliability, and customer service.

Even though Advanced Redi-Mix officially began operations recently, the standards we operate by were shaped over decades of real-world concrete work.
